1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer Free Worldwide Shipping during special promotions — keep an eye out for these deals!
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@glowluv.com — changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or delayed in transit, we will work closely with our shipping partners to locate and resolve the issue.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t already been processed or shipped.
After that, please wait to receive your package and follow our return policy if necessary.
